Why on earth would anyone ask Fiona Phillips (GMTV) for advice re: saving money on anti-aging products?

No idea, she must meet some real odd people.

may not get a single answer to this lol but just noticed she is looking good but then i dont watch it often i just think she is looking younger, maybe its since she became a wag or maybe surgery? thoughts, no?

Never noticed, she’s not my type, at all. All giggly and silly, and letting on to be the nice girl next door type. Dropped her last boyfriend when she became slightly better known, and he was allegedly a bit of a crook with a history of owing folks money.

I’m sixteen and i look like i have hands of a 70 year old.

A very common problem because we wash hands often with soap. Apply vaseline/ moisturiser to hands every 3-4 hours and before sleeping.

I need to know the best anti aging products available. I intended buying anti aging products for my wrinkles but I had to put it on hold because I didn’t know the best anti aging product out there. I am very conscious of the kind of cosmetics I use on my skin. So please if you know the best anti aging products out there, could you be so kind to answer this question?

there is all sorts of anting aging light therapy out there on the market but what is the difference betwwen 650nm LED light and 650nm LASER light? and also infrared light? and which ones have the best anti aging effects?

The difference between an led that emits 650nm light and a laser (diode most likely) that emits 650nm light is going to be how much light is emitted and how tightly packed together it is.

The laser will emit a beam that will stay roughly the same size (particularly when collimated with a special lens) for a large distance while the LED will spread out immediately.

As for which wavelength has the best anti-aging effect? None of them. I can’t find any scientific evidence that they at all help stop aging.

So i am only 15, and obviously i know i am not going to start using like heavy duty anti-aging stuff. But should i start using products like moisturizers and cremes that have anti-aging, and anti premature aging ingredients in them? Can you recommend any night cremes or serums?

I have had skin problems and use moisturizers and lotions from the company Kiehl’s. You can order it online. It’s very good, but it’s REALLY expensive unfortunately. When it comes to these products though, I do feel like you get what you pay for. Also, very little Kiehl’s goes a long way as opposed to the cheaper products which require so much to get any result.
