Anti Wrinkle Face Cream Review is Your Cream Worth it

Posted under skin cream by admin on Wednesday 29 April 2009

How many anti wrinkle face cream reviews have you read lately? have you make up your mind on what product you want to buy? I guess no. The problem is that there are too many options of skin care and anti aging creams that claim to regain your skin youthfulness and rejuvenate your skin.

So let me give you a little help, there are different places on the internet where you can find reviews of face creams from customers, for example you can go to amazon.com and search for your favorite cream and you will notice that at the bottom of the page there are many reviews from previous customers, some reviews will be positive and some negative.

But first you have to decide what kind of cream you need and what you need it for. For example if you just wan to moisturize your cream there are many facial creams that will do the job, but if you want an anti wrinkle facial cream there are many other options and you can get confused easily.

if you want to buy an anti wrinkle cream you should read the labels first and see what kind of ingredients it contains. Many popular creams only contain chemicals and cheap synthetic ingredients that only harm your skin.

Here is my recommendation:

First is important that you follow a daily skin care routine, you have to cleanse, tone and moisturize your skin.

If you want to get rid of fine lines and wrinkles a good natural anti aging cream can make a huge difference in your appearance as long as is made of just organic ingredients with no additives, no chemicals and no synthetic substances.

Is also very important to follow a balanced diet, by eating nutritive foods and are full of vitamins that your body needs. Vitamins contain anti oxidants that are vital to protect your skin from toxins.

Rejuvenate Your Bathroom

Posted under rejuvenation by admin on Wednesday 29 April 2009

These days, virtually everyone is looking for ways to improve their homes. Fun and rewarding projects come to mind every day. Most homeowners pay close attention to home improvements inside rather than outside the homes, with many focusing on bathroom renovations. Bathroom improvements are important, as this is the place where family members spend time rejuvenating and sometimes relaxing.

If your bathroom can use an update, it is not necessary to break out the paintbrush. Maybe all you really need is a scrub brush. Here are a few tips and techniques to bring out the best in your bath:

Windows of Opportunity
Many bathrooms don’t require new windows, but could certainly benefit from a thorough window and mirror cleaning. To make your glass crystal clear and your mirrors gleam, try this cleaning solution: blend 1/3 cup of clear white vinegar with
1/4 cup of rubbing alcohol. Spray this mixture on bathroom mirrors and windows for an easy and effective deep cleaning.

Shower Fresh
Keep your tub and shower stall clean and fresh by scrubbing once a week with an orange citrus-based commercial cleanser. Spray the cleanser directly on all surfaces to dissolve away dirt and soap scum. Keep wall tiles shiny, seal porous surfaces and create a spot-resistant finish by applying car wax twice a year. This method can also be used on glass shower doors. Do not use car wax on the bathroom or shower floor, as it does create a slippery surface that can be quite hazardous.

Super Bowl
Use vinegar to give your toilet a new lease on life. Pour one or two cups of white vinegar into the toilet tank once a month, to help keep the water clear and eliminate nasty rings in the bowl. Scrub away tough stains using solvent and a toilet brush or pumice stone.

That Sinking Feeling
Your bathroom sink is another area that could benefit from a good scrubbing. An easy home improvement step is to pour one cup of baking soda down the drain, followed by one cup of white vinegar. Let this mixture sit for one hour, then flush with warm water to fizzle away the dirt. Use this mixture in your bathtub and kitchen drains as well. Clean around your taps with solvent and an old stiff-bristled nylon toothbrush, and then polish to a gleaming finish using white vinegar and a paper towel.

Do Away With Mildew
To complete your bathroom rejuvenation, remove all traces of mildew. A mixture of peroxide and water should be applied to the walls and ceiling to remove the dirt and germs that can cause mildew.

If you are thinking about a bathroom renovation, hold on. Maybe all it really needs is a little rejuvenation. A good scrubbing, followed by a weekly cleaning regime, will turn your bathroom into the relaxing oasis you deserve.

If you mix lemon in a glass of warm water and drink it everyday, it will help in clearing the toxins from your body.

By cutting a lemon and rubbing it on your skin and keeping it for nearly an hour would help in removing the sun tan. It will also help in reducing your chances of wrinkles and treating the ever growing blemishes. It would work even better if you happen to rub olive oil before rinsing. It acts as a bleaching agent so avoid using this mixture before going in the sun.

Exclusive Beauty Secrets Revealed to Help you Look Naturally 10 Years Younger

Posted under looking younger by admin on Wednesday 29 April 2009

For eons, it seems, women the world over have made use of a staggering array of highly imaginative aids to preserve or improve on what nature bestowed upon them. Nor are these beauty secrets always the privilege of the rich, but transcend class and even, in these equal-opportunity modern times, transcend gender.

And while it’s true that Westerners of both sexes sometimes go to extremes to maintain their physical appeal – in the form of cosmetic enhancements, fat removal, and any manner of unpleasant and expensive, not to mention risky, procedures, it’s sadly true that some of the most basic beauty secrets and cosmetics in fact cost very little and can help those who follow them to the letter to maintain both their health and their attractiveness.

A true fundamental of any beauty regime is adequate hydration. Yes, drinking enough of that bland, inexpensive substance water (6-10 glasses per day) is de rigeur for plumped-up, glowing skin and efficient elimination of all those nasty toxins our bodies are awash with in these polluted modern times. As an inner cleanser and flusher-out of dross it’s unbeatable, and an essential staple among beauty secrets and reduces the need for expensive cosmetics.

Obviously diet plays a big role in skin condition too – if you’re deficient in the nutrients necessary for good skin health, your complexion will suffer and you may well look older (and more tired) than your years. Regular consumption of fruit and vegetables and their juices – especially the organic kind – will help boost energy and prevent deficiency, unlike refined foods which I find often have a lethargic effect which does nothing for your energy levels and joie de vivre – one important source of your inner as opposed to outer beauty.

Exercise is, of course, another well-known beauty secret for the way it oxygenates the blood, and, like H2O, is a totally gratis resource! Even fairly gentle exercise like jogging or swimming can help with skin tone and improved circulation and digestion and reduce the need for cosmetics, leading to more efficient metabolism and elimination of impurities, which enhances the health generally and the skin specifically. Exercise also leads to the release of endorphins – those “feel good” chemicals which give a natural high and more optimistic outlook. Staying positive in turn makes for a healthier immune system and possibly longer life. More tips and info on feeling and looking younger can be found at www.AntiAgingTreatments.net

As so many people’s lives revolve around close relationships, clearly one of the biggest cosmetic beauty secrets of all is the making and maintaining of close and deep ties throughout one’s life, for the support and nurturing that these can give in times of need. Also, and not least, for the simple, undemanding companionship and sense of community spirit relationships in general provide which can help keep at bay the isolation and even alienation that so increasingly affects modern man, with a correspondingly negative impact on his health and well-being.

But at the end of the day, there is often always the need for some extra Beauty boost and the use of comsetics and comsetic products will always be there for us girls. Using cosmetics doesn’t have to be too labourious though as following the above steps can greatly reduce the need for some of the cosmetics and leave for a more natural beauty than any cosmetic product can produce.

Do You Really Know The Problems Which Oily Skin Can Bring?

Posted under healthy looking skin by admin on Wednesday 29 April 2009

If you have oily skin you will know that it can be an absolute nightmare! Trying to make oily skin looking fresh throughout the day can often be a real chore, and there are many problems which the condition can cause. So just what harm can Oily skin cause you and how can you prevent it?

The Problems Which Oily Skin Can Bring

Oily skin is most linked to Acne, and it is no surprise that people with oily skin do have a lot more blemishes. The excess oil is caused by the male hormone Androgen which is found in both males and females. Androgen speeds up the development of Sebum which causes excess oil.

Although Acne is the main condition that oily skin causes, oily skin can also cause the pores to become enlarged and rough. Often oily skin appears shiny, dull looking and it is thicker than usual. The excess oil means that the skin is prone to blackheads and often embarrassing blemishes can appear too.

If you do have oily skin, you will notice that your skin becomes dirtier a lot quicker. This is because the oil attracts dirt and dust from the surrounding environment and that can often clog up the pores.

Overall a person with oily skin will never have a clear complexion due to the fact that the oil does attract dirt and dust. No matter how old you are, oily skin will still cause you to have breakouts and occasionally Acne. So what can you do to stop oily skin in its tracks?

Prevention Tips for Oily Skin

There are quite a few tips in order to keep your oily skin under control. With a little tender care you can help your skin to become oil free and to help it to look happy and healthy again!

Cleanse As Though Your Life Depended on it

Ok, so you may not have to take cleansing that seriously, but it is important that you cleanse every single day. Be sure to use plenty of hot water as that tends to have a drying effect, and also use soap too.

Milder products are always better to sue, as harsher ones can often strip the skin of essential oil, and encourage dry, flaky skin which would completely reverse your situation. Although you are looking to get rid of the excess oil, you still need to keep some of the oil there to keep the skin moisturized.

If you do use a fairly harsh cleanser, it is always a good idea to follow up with a really light moisturizer, but generally it is better to opt for a mild cleanser.

Do Not Touch Unaffected Areas!

If you have oily skin in some places, but not in others, it is important to wash your hands straight after you have touched any oily parts of the skin. This is because, if you have oil on your hands and you touch your face for example, you are spreading the oil and the dirt to the face and now you are likely to develop a pimple there.

It is extremely important to wash your hands after touching your oily skin; otherwise you will end up with a worse problem than you had before!

Overall, oily skin is frustrating but there are treatments out there. Just by following simple hygiene rules and cleansing regularly, you should find that the problem starts to disappear. As well as cleansers, some natural remedies may also help and you can find hundreds of recipes online if you take the time to search for them. Oily skin can cause a lot of complexion problems but you can defeat them if you try!

How to Make Your Products Stand Out

Posted under beauty products by admin on Wednesday 29 April 2009

When it comes to marketing product, small business owners face some tough challenges. Competition is fierce. Customers are fickle and easily distracted. Amidst all the noise and clutter, how do you make your products or services stand out – especially on a limited budget?

The first thing to do is to throw away your marketing rule book. The world has changed. The tenants that worked so well in the past are fast becoming obsolete. Darwin was right: if you want to survive, you must learn to evolve.

Think about it – just twenty years ago, consumers had far fewer products and services to choose from, and plenty of time to make buying decisions. Today, consumers have a vast array of choices, but much less time to sort through them all.

So, how do you reach those impatient, overloaded customers? How do you get their attention and win them over to your products?

Rule #1: Don’t Play It Safe
In the past, the golden rule was to create safe, ordinary products and promote them through brilliant marketing campaigns.

Now, there are so many “safe” products out there and so much marketing hoopla, it’s hard to get your products noticed. Consumers need a scorecard to tell them all apart!

The fact is, most small companies are unwilling to take risks. They’re afraid that if they develop a product that’s outside the mainstream, someone won’t like it. They are afraid of appearing ridiculous or drawing criticism. Boring, they maintain, is better than drawing negative attention.

Nonsense! If you’re going to be successful, your products must be different. And when they are, it’s a given that some people won’t like them. So what? Forget about fitting in; seek out your competitive edge. In short, don’t be afraid to be remarkable.

What if – instead of creating yet another safe product – you develop one that’s truly, clearly unique? What if you followed your passions and made the product you’ve always dreamed of? Or encouraged your employees to brainstorm wildly, taking note of their ideas?

It’s time to take a walk on the wild side. That’s how you break away from the pack.

Rule #2: You Can’t Sell to Everyone
When asked who is your customer , do you answer “everyone who uses it?” This will not get you very far.

When you try to sell to everyone, you end up with watered-down, run-of-the-mill products. Instead, do what some very successful small businesses do: avoid mass marketing and identify your niche. Rather than focus on the quantity of your potential customers, focus on quality.

Don’t try to sell to everyone; do just the opposite. Instead of appealing to the masses with predictable products, attract your niche customers with remarkable products. To find your niche, ask yourself: who is your most profitable customer? If you could choose your customers, what would they look like? That’s who you should be appealing to.

And no matter what industry you are in, there is one niche that will serve you extremely well. It’s that eagle-eyed group of consumers who like being first. These buyers pounce on new and innovative products, because they enjoy being the first to own them.

It’s a fact that most consumers resist change. Adapting to something new takes work, so most people avoid it. But there are consumers who love new stuff. Some want it just because it’s different, and they want to be different. Others want it because they see the value of the product and recognize that it will give them an edge over everyone else.

The beauty of these early adopters is that they can become your sales force for you. These trendsetters influence the rest of the market. They spread what’s called an “ideavirus.” Once your product gains the acceptance of early adopters, more cautious consumers will jump on the bandwagon.

That’s the beauty of remarkable marketing: win over enough early adopters, and mainstream consumers will follow. “Very good” just isn’t good enough these days. Marketing alone isn’t the answer. The true secret to making your products stand out is creating products that do stand out.

Anti Aging Informational Tools

Posted under anti aging product by admin on Wednesday 29 April 2009

What are the tools for anti-aging? Today we have creams, injections, serums, foams, gels, surgeries, lotions, masks, and many other products available for the taking on reducing wrinkles. The problem is many of the products sold with the exception of a few are pricey, therefore affording care for the skin is out of reach for the most of us.

What is a person to do? If you wanted to get BOTOX treatments, the process works according to many reviewers, however you will pay $250 and up for ongoing procedures. Other product skincare lines including BOTANIKA products offer anti-aging solutions for less, and most of the products are natural, which is worth trying.

Other anti-aging skincare lines are hazardous, according to new researchers. Some products come with chemicals that are linked to cancer; therefore, considering anti-aging solutions should be carefully thought through.

Living in a country based on greed, I watch as many vendors take advantage of the harms the system brings by inventing strategies that lead to harm. Chemicals and pollutants fill the air everyday, spreading around, thus even youthful people are aging quickly.

The sun is a natural source, however spending too much time in the suns rays will only cause lines and wrinkles. Frowning is a part of life, however, people who frown too much will often encounter crowfeet and fine lines.

As you can clearly see, too much of any one thing is never good regardless of its natural nature. My sister worked in fields all her life and all she has to show for it is a wrinkled, crinkled face, premature in nature. Few people dispute that the sun is harmful, yet evidence down through the years show otherwise. When evidence and facts are available, opinions and theories are out the door. I am a firm believer of backing my words with evidence and facts, otherwise keep your mouth shut. After studying human behavior all my life, I have watched youthful skin turn into old age rapidly when people frequent the sun and tanning beds.

Smoking also causes harm to the skin. If you smoke and/or are around smokers often prepare self for lines, wrinkles and crowfeet with possible other health and aging signs:

Few anti-aging products claim to reduce wrinkles and other signs of aging, but according to few reports, some of the products will reverse, especially if you frequent the sun. Some products, have no SPF shield, which protects the skin from sun rays, thus according to one report using these products can lead to premature aging if you visit the sun often, since it lacks the protection.

BOTOX at this time has no side affects, since exclusive testing is not available, however according to a few reviewers the injections on the initial visit causes slight pain around the head and bruising. Of course, if someone is injecting your face with pointed objects you will experience bruising, especially if the skin is sensitive.

The serums on the marketplace, including CELLEX-C Serums, according to reviewers works well, however the price of the anti-aging solution is outrageously priced. The price range is around $250 with slight differences in prices depending on where the product is purchased.

Anew products sold by Avon gave negative reports. The product pricing is a bit high to chance on the label. One of the downsides about many skincare products is the manufacturers include harmful ingredients including Carcinogens and Parabens. Both groups of chemicals have been linked to cancer; therefore paying hundreds of dollars on possible cancer-based products is not wise in my opinion.

If you are searching for solutions to minimize aging signs, it is always wise to stick with the natural rather than choose the chemical-based products. Inborn, we have natural sources inside us that helps protect the skin, including DHEA, MELATONIN, vitamins and so on. The body produces its own degree of nutrients, however, the environment wears down the system. For more information on aging and products that reduce aging signs, I recommend you do a little research before paying the high prices for some of the anti-aging products.

How do you get glowing radiant, healthy looking skin?

Posted under healthy looking skin by admin on Monday 27 April 2009

I heard that one celebrity secret is to eat/drink cantelope for a glowing complextion. What about face creams? Facials? What do you recommend?

1. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day
2. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and fiber so you are regular. A constipated person has dull skin.
3. Take vitamins especially Vitamin C, E, and zinc.
4. Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night.
5. Get plenty of fresh air and exercise. Work up a sweat which helps flush the pores.
6. I use a alpha hydroxy solution every day. I buy it at Walgreens for five dollars and massage a finger full into my face every morning along with a sunscreen before makeup. It exfoliates and keeps my skin smooth and radiant with few breakouts and makeup goes on better.
7. Do not smoke or drink as these damage the skin and leach Vitamin C out of the body and cause wrinkles.
8. Protect your skin from the effects of the sun. When you get a tan or burn you are damaging the skin and you will have more dead cells on your skin which contributes to breakouts and dull looking skin as well as weathered, wrinkled skin and age spots. I wear a hat everywhere I go, it is my signature look.
9. I have a facial or a glycolic peel every 3 months at a spa or facialist. Ask around for a recommendation because some spas are much better than others.
